The next meet-up is back in the boardroom of the Rubicon Centre in CIT. Thanks to Paul and the team for facilitating this.
The demo will be by Shared Visions and will consist of an overview/discussion of current state/predictions of remote communication solutions. This includes Web Conferencing, Online Meetings, Call Conferencing, Webcasting, Webinars, IP Video Conferencing and Remote Support. Thanks to Denise Kennedy for suggesting this.
Based on your feedback we will keep this session limited to 30 mins.
If you would like to do a very short (~2 min) elevator pitch to see what people think, let me know ahead of time via email or as a comment and we’ll include that too.

Hi Conor,
My name is Andrew and I work for a company, BeamYourScreen, that produced a free online meeting software program, called Mikogo. I noticed that you are planning a meeting on the topic of remote communication solutions, and I thought that you would benefit from knowing about our software.
Mikogo is a free desktop sharing tool where up 10 participants can simultaneously share their screens. During an online meeting, users are able to switch presenters, access remote control, transfer files, and more. It’s an exciting piece of software and you can learn more about it in the new user guide and new video tutorials on the homepage.
Feel free to visit our website, http://www.mikogo.com and try Mikogo for yourself. Perhaps it’ll come in handy for your upcoming meeting.
Regards,
Andrew
